I am deeply and personally committed to the success, fulfillment, and well-being of my coaching clients. I specialize in coaching leaders that are stepping into new and/or expanded roles and leaders who are burned out or on the way to becoming burned out.
I bring a deep and rich background of sixteen years working in the field of software development as a software engineer, quality manager, senior process consultant, and manager of organizational development. I understand the demands placed on leaders today from the inside out. And I've seen how leaders suffer to meet these demands while sacrificing themselves, their family-life, and their well-being.
I offer clients a different way of leading based on the premise that the Self is a leader’s primary source of power. Rather than sacrificing your Self, cultivate your Self.

I worked with Vision Consulting as a consultant on a service process re-engineering project for a major bank in Ireland. Specifically I was responsible for building new practices for generating predictable service from the Credit Approvals function to the Business Development function in which service breakdowns can be resolved, wasted effort and time can be eliminated, and existing distrust can be replaced with trust and collaboration. I also lead the adoption of Agile project management by the team of consultants.
