The latest projects that we are working on consists of a series of desktop software tools combined with server services, all under the "Genie" brand, such as
* "Template Genie" - a WYSIWYG editor top layer that allows editing and collation of html documents containing snippets of code (PHP, JavaScript, etc...) without breaking them up. A very useful tool for Word Press bloggers or Rapid Action Profits sales automation software...
* "Links Genie" - a server script allowing the user to redirect links (modify, cloak, add videos, etc...) and get statistics for their usage, combined with an URL shrinking option
* "Tweet Genie" - a combined server and on page application, allowing the user to capture leaving visitors and offer them an 'ethical bribe' such as a freebie gift, or discount coupon, in exchange for a dedicated 'tweet' towards their own followers, virally maximizing traffic this way.

We are also developing a new tool for tagging and labeling computer files, downloads, bookmarks and the kind, both from web and local environment, into a unique dashboard showing them in a manner similar to Gmail's labels approach.

We recently finished the development of a hotel frontdesk reservations - with a simple to use graphical interface - software, currently in alfa testing.

Formerly state-owned company focused on international trucking in Europe.
I had a fleet of 20 trucks to manage, which carried more than 24,000 tons of industrial goods per year to/from W.Europe-Romania at the time I joined it.

I focused the company's activities toward more profitable routes and transports, switching the weight from
* simple two-way long transports N&W.Europe <-> Romania towards
* Germany and N.Italy <- Romania - > Balkans three ways.

I've managed to raise the total cargo haulage to more than 38,000 tons on the same time span, which was, in itself, quite a break: 60% more!
