With an initial technical and management career in telecommunications before moving into a people development role.
A passion for developing and embedding formal and informal coaching into the leadership and management of individuals and teams at all levels, or as part of a wider programme of development or change.
Can also offer a unique blend of coaching and development built around an introduction to scuba diving (for non-divers) or a diving experience for existing divers. Dive qualification courses can also be integrated into wider coaching and development programmes (as can other experiential activities).
