I have spent my career so far in marketing, with a focus on the online environment. I have been working and specializing in online strategy since 2004.
As I developed my professional expertise I gained the opportunity to speak at local colleges and organizations aiding students in professional development.
I am also the Vice President of the Highlandtown/Canton Exchange, a national service organization for individuals who want to serve their community and develop leadership skills. Exchange is made up of nearly 800 clubs and more than 25,000 members throughout the United States and Puerto Rico.
I have duel degrees from Towson University in Business/Marketing and eCommerce and I currently attend Loyola's Executive MBA program. I have also completed 44 instructional PMI certified classroom hours.
I am interested in new ventures and I have a strong entrepreneurial spirit. I am constantly seeking opportunities that push me into new and unknown territory. I am self-motivated and can take on tasks as an individual but take pleasure and see value in working within diverse groups. I believe in managing energy, first in yourself and then in those around you. Growth, learning, and change are my indicators of progress and health. My basic definition of leadership is the ability and the willingness to influence others so that they respond voluntarily.

- Created an internal networking group consisting of intrapreneurs interested in improving processes and developing a modern corporate culture
- Worked with Training & Development to build an Onboarding program for new employees
- Implemented a "Twitter for Enterprises" to serve as a knowledge management platform to increase productivity by breaking down barriers and fostering cross-company communication
- Created a new checking product targeting Generation Y's.

My role at 1st Mariner is to work with departments and lines of business around the bank to design specific online marketing plans for their areas. Once the direction is defined, I develop, implement, and track the results through the completion of the projects. In addition to the Lines of Business, I work closely with Product Development, Customer Service, Systems (IT), Advertising, Compliance and external vendors/partners. I also stay abreast of changes in the online marketing environment to best serve the objectives of the organization along with providing information and guidance to others in the bank about the opportunities available through the online channel.
