Have spent the last twenty years working in the computer reuse industry, but most recently devoting myself more to issues of educational technology. I am especially interested in the use of Free and Open Source Software (FLOSS) in education, both for practical and pedagogical reasons, and in the use of the new read/write web technologies as they inform the discussion of "School 2.0." I blog at www.SteveHargadon.com on these issues, speak at educational technology conferences, and host a regular audio interview series at www.EdTechLive.com. I also host the resource sites www.SupportBlogging.com, www.School20.net, www.EduBloggerCon.com, www.K12OpenSource.com, and www.PublicWebStations.com.
