“If you want someone who can use Scrum to generate the benefits and improvements you want for your organization, work with Steve. He has used Scrum to change and improve organizations and projects for longer and more successfully than most. He also can work equally well with programmers, qa, management and customers. If you want to be impressed, look at his portfolio of work, or just ask him to tell you some stories. Steve is the person I'd want at my side when I was helping an organization benefit from Scrum."
Ken Schwaber October 30, 2009
“Steve was one of the first people to see the potential of Agile development methods and was a driving force in its initial adoption. Steve has a deep understanding of Agile and Lean principles and has been active in the wider Scrum community, presenting and serving on industry expert panels and as a result has become immensely respected by Ken Schwaber, co-founder of Scrum. With a firm grip of business fundamentals, Steve was always able to get to the heart of our customer’s business and drive process and organisational change to optimise the design of the enabling IT solutions and subsequently the customer’s business performance. Working with Steve is a highly rewarding experience as he brings a tremendous creativity, energy and focus to any initiative, I would choose to work with Steve again without any hesitation.”
