I've worked in all sorts of environments, from research, to shrink-wrap, to bespoke, to in-house.
I also work on open source software, speak at conferences, and teach at University College London.

I was technical lead on Sierra, a next-generation central repository for Global Bond Static Data in BNP PARIBAS, replacing existing systems. Sierra captures data from multiple internal and external systems such as Bloomberg to feed downstream trading applications and systems.
We ran the project using eXtreme Programming and delivered into production early with no significant bugs.
