Steve is also a seasoned Project Manager han has managed several projects implementing portals, ERP, ECM, BPM, Project Management Processes, and BI.
He is a certified PMI PMP (since 2002), a MCSE, and he is preparing for the SharePoint and BI certifications. He holds BS and MBA degrees, and he has studied ITIL and Business Analysis/Requirements Gathering best practice techniques.
