Responsible for nearly every aspect of creativity, internally and externally, for this 19 billion dollar a year mortgage company: that means I was responsible for generating leads - through Direct Response and interactive advertising, client focused publications, and through helping make the website more effective. I was also responsible for generating excitement and improving corporate culture through world-class events, corporate communication and motivational campaigns.
Managed a 14 person team, and a yearly budget that topped 2 million dollars for the production of TV/Radio, Corporate Communications, and Corporate Events.

Managed a 12 person creative team responsible for strategic development and creative execution on over 150 million dollars in billings. Clients included Mazda, AutoTrader.com, and the Ad Council. Other clients included Ford and Canadian Tire (Canada's largest retailer).
Launched the AutoTrader.com brand with an Effie winning campaign that began on the Superbowl, followed up by national TV, radio and print. In less than a year AutoTrader.com became the #1 used car site on the web.
Helped win the Mazda account. Managed all creative development for Mazda's North American brand integration, interactive, and regional advertising programs. Traveled to over fifty meetings in two years to energize the dealer body, helping Mazda see their first sales increase in five years.
