He has built and developed many successful HR teams at companies like Wang Laboratories, Union Pacific, and Overnite Transportation (now UPS Freight) where he was VP – Human Resources. Steve is a graduate of the University of Connecticut School of Business, with an MBA from the University of Baltimore, and recently earned the Certificate in Strategic Human Resources Management from the Cornell ILR school. He holds an SPHR certification from the Society for Human Resource Management, and is an Eagle Scout.
