Steve began work in the hospitality industry and has since continued on a journey that has spanned two decades and seen him gain experience in the tourism, printing, consumer goods, commodities, and FMCG sectors.
During this period Steve also acquired qualifications and experience in Japanese language and culture, domestic & export marketing, and international business.
In 2008, Steve founded ClientLink, where his core focus is consultancy and providing advice to organisations/executives/managers in relation to Export and Marketing Strategies and facilitating global market access over a broad industry base.
By combining knowledge of developing relationships with international business and export processes in complex global environments with learning’s in Japanese language, international business and marketing, Steve offers strong understanding of the challenges in bringing products and services to the domestic and global marketplace.
Steve has directed a number of strategic planning initiatives related to marketing and international business development.
Steve has transitioned through support roles to commodity trader, product management, Standards Australia committee member, marketing management and general management roles over time.
Steve has had dealings with many cultures including Japan, Taiwan, Korea, China, Thailand, the European Community (EC), South Africa, New Zealand and the United States of America.
