Managing Broker for IDX Solutions, Inc
San Francisco Bay Area
Managing Broker for IDX Solutions, Inc. We are an Internet Content Publisher specializing in Internet Data Exchange (IDX) public-display of MLS Listings for broker lead generation. We also advertise using Google AdSense, generate and close leads for Custom Closets, and publish our own real estate related content for Resort Homes (including video).
Currently, we are able to publish all of the MLS homes for sale in the Denver MLS, San Diego MLS, Boston MLS, Sacramento MLS, San Francisco East Bay MLS, Houston MLS, Summit County MLS, Fort Collins MLS, Orange County MLS, and Riverside MLS.
Our closing-based commission-split fees are based on a direct partnership with our participating brokers. We do not charge simply for a click-through or for a contact that does not end up working with you. We are proud of our broker-retention record.

IDX Solutions, Inc develops, maintains, manages, and hosts software as a service for Internet Data Exchange Protocol (IDX) real estate brokerage websites for 10 different Multiple Listing Service (MLS) databases in the states of California, Colorado, Massachusetts, and Texas. Our software uses a Java back-end to automatically generate PHP include files for HTML pages that are visited by ~100,000 users / week. We use an Apache webserver running on Linux Red Hat ES 4 for the AMD Athlon 3200 64-bit platform
Wordpress blogs are used with the IDX websites to provide for broker / client interactions and broker-participation in managing and publishing real-estate related content of interest. A public Wiki, using TWiki, is used to host a collaborative knowledge-base for real estate home buyers information.

Active outdoor enjoyments such as, but not limited to: jogging, biking, skiing, surfing, hiking, camping, white-water kayaking, mountain biking when I get the time.
Have had a few of these over the years for professional and academic achievements. Nothing really spectacular, but respectable. Please ask for more info.
