 Partnered with company executives and acquired-company managers in designing and implementing an acquisition integration methodology that encompassed both operational and strategic levels to facilitate the achievement of key business goals and objectives. Methodology was utilized with two strategic acquisitions with total revenues in excess of $500M.
 Designed and delivered a highly innovative and successful management development program for department directors, managers and supervisors.
 Facilitated on- and off-site strategic planning sessions for corporate executives and vice-presidents. Summarized session results and facilitated feedback meetings with the Company President.
 Partnered with the Director of Retail Billing to design and facilitate a major department development initiative. Implementation of this initiative led to a reduction in billing disputes from an average of 30% per cycle to <5% per cycle, and resolution of about 750K minutes/month of bad calls for an annual increase in billable revenue of $1.3M.
