Selected engagements:
Pharmeceuticals: Performed a gap analysis on Lotus Notes/Domino operations. Recommended several changes to the environment to boost performance and stability of the platform.
Electronic Parts Distributor: Engaged when a hardware failure affected several Lotus Domino servers. There was not a sufficient backup and several thousand messages were potentially lost. Developed a method of retrieving lost messages by using API level programming and replication. Due to the success in this project, the client subsequently did over $5M in other services.
Software Company: Engineered a product that was subsequently known as Lotus Sametime. Worked with the engineering team to train them on the Domino server technology. Responsible for the central scheduling applicaiton as well as modifying the mail template for integration with Domino's calendaring.

Developed several line of business applications including franchise management, store construction, customer service and store technology help desk. Developed a unique online reporting application that collated and delivered store performance information within 6 hours of the closing time of a store. This application dramatically reduced the delivery time and cost of reports to field personnel.
Key contributor to the company's original web presence. Developed the online store locator for the site.
Developed a "next generation" business intellengence and operations support platform using Microsoft Visual Basic and Oracle.
