Many business owners find that customers expect them to have a presence on the internet but think that the cost of a website is beyond their budget. Other businesses resort to using the email addresses provided by their broadband suppliers instead of using a dedicated domain name. My aim is to provide small businesses with a professional, affordable website and presence on the internet that is easy to update and add to without additional ongoing cost on website development.
Selecting and developing information technology systems can be a challenge for any business, particularly without internal IT specialists. How do you know what software to buy or whether you are getting the most from your existing technology investment? Which broadband supplier do you choose and how do you secure your office network? I work with clients to select software and services that meet their specific requirements, configure existing systems to better meet business needs and provide ongoing administration and intervention.
I have more than 10 years experience as an IT manager, support person, analyst and administrator in small and medium sized businesses. During that time I have developed all-round skills and knowledge while working on IT planning, process improvement, system implementation and support. I remain hands-on with wide ranging technical knowledge and the experience to communicate and deliver benefits at all levels.
