Primarily I worked with companies and organization on how to do business in China including a 2 major international accounts on Chinese market entry strategies, negotiation strategies and tactics, and how to overcome the cultural conflicts. Also wrote a Cultural and Business Etiquette report for the City of Fort Worth International Center’s for their trade delegation to China. On the domestic side, I consulted a US company on various business strategies to use in dealing with the 18% minority owned enterprise requirement on a multi-million dollar multi-year contract. Also coached a small retail chain on negotiation strategies and tactics when dealing with very large vendors.

Created our own brand of bath and gardening equipment that we sourced out of China and sold to national retail outlets. Also managed 2 sales representatives—New York and Montréal, Canada. Developed major accounts—Linens-N-Things; Collections, Etc. and Chiasso into sales.
