Future Goals:
I would ultimately like to use my skills and expertise in photography, design, and marketing to work for the preservation and conservation of our environment. I would like to speak to any non-profit, government, or private entity whose mission is to save our planet from the impact of humans.
Past:
I have been an avid photographer for close to 10 years and during that time I have had the priviledge to study a wide range of technical and creative aspects of photography. I began using film and working in a traditional darkroom doing both black and white and color printing. I have gone completely digital as of January 2006.
My Communication Design degree landed me my first creative job as an Interactive Designer at GBSM. The majority of my layout design was centered around the use of dynamic photographic imagery which I shot myself to provide a higher level of conceptual impact for my clients websites. I quickly realized that I ultimately enjoyed working with my photography and started Stephen Sanderson Photography in January of 2005.
Present:
Stephen Sanderson Photography's client base, apart from weddings and portraiture, includes: non-profit and corporate events, business-to-business marketing, fine art commissions, interior design firms, and local and regional galleries.
Adobe Suite: Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Bridge, Macromedia Suite: Dreamweaver, Flash, branding and identity, book design, graphic design, film and digital based photography, wedding photography, portrait photography, fine art photography, nature photography, western landscape photography, travel photography, high-quality album design, photographic storyboards, photojournalism
