My current position oversees the day-to-day operations of 14 research study assistants, three of which are full time telecommuters (one in Houston, TX).
I am responsible for assigning workloads and clinical duties for the research assistants as well as monitor productivity levels and perform routine audits. Tasks include leading the Longitudinal Follow-Up Project, managing and maintaining databases, ordering supplies, and keeping faculty updated.
