Administrative Project Management
In the role of project manager, I have had experience working with a development team to transform it into a highly motivated, self-managed unit. In this capacity, I have a strong track record of completing projects on time and within budget. This has included writing press releases, support documents, datasheets, and informational articles to announce new products and services. I have also had the responsibility of analyzing financial data and managing budget for fundraising campaigns.

In this role, I began the first team-building and intervention process within the corporation. This included identification of problem issues, development of action plans and establishing performance standards for managers, which resulted in an improved business environment, better working relationships among staff and enhanced organizational performance.

I have been involved in public speaking at local churches, small groups, and large communities with a cross-cultural sensitivity and understanding of the local church and street ministry.

In a past career, I was involved in the music industry where I produced numerous musical projects. I also toured the USA and overseas as a drummer for various musical groups. This included organizing and coordinating many musical tours overseas. In addition to being a member of the band, I also provided booking, accounting, and management functions.

I produce media and theatrical productions for different worship services and events.
