Online Marketing Evangelist at Monetate
Albany, New York Area
I am enjoying applying my accumulated expertise as an evangelist for new technology and new products at Monetate, which uses SaaS and other technologies to improve the online experience and create market efficiencies through innovative content personalization techniques.
I thrive on the challenge of educating new markets to speed the adoption of game-changing technologies that make life easier, simpler, better. For example, Monetate helps consumers acquire the right product at the right price with less hassle and more fun; and it helps retailers treat online shoppers more like individuals and less like homogeneous masses.
I'm also a subject matter expert in information security and privacy, as well as a bestselling author of technical books and the producer of an award winning independent film.
As a side project I am currently researching social media--Twitter, blogs, soc nets, and such like--with a view to sharing what I am learning about their benefits and risks.
Explaining just about anything to just about anyone, effectively and efficiently.
Analyzing opportunities for innovative technology to bring increased efficiency and reduced risk to markets and systems.
Evangelizing products that address new opportunities and educating markets to embrace new solutions.
Generating compelling content and sharing knowledge.
