Stephen Cassidy is known for his tremendous passion and energy in the staffing field and for 30 plus years has been involved in all aspects of recruiting, hiring, training, developing and mentoring professionals. Stephen has recently played an integral role with several professional staffing solutions firms across Canada on the development of strategies, business process efficiencies and staff development. His focus is on moving his client’s business plans forward through thoroughly understanding what they want to achieve for their customers. His past involvement as an executive team member at one of Canada’s largest professional Technical staffing firm enabled him to “eat his own cooking” through the implementation of solid business processes and staff development programs that reflected in the growth of the firm’s contract staffing division - from a $500,000 operation to a $160 million revenue generator in ten years. He was the major driving force behind the development of a huge pool of sales and recruitment professionals that enabled the firm to grow from a single location to 12 offices across North America.
