I started as a server and after approximately one month was promoted to head server responsible for the wait staff during specific shifts as well as receipts during the shift. Soon after being promoted to head server, I was given the opportunity to work as a bar tender. As a bar tender, I was responsible for all products that were stored in or served from the bar. This included inventory of liquor, beer and wine as well as margarita mix.
