Stephey Baker's Experience
Owner, Creative Director
Studio-Baker
August 2004 – Present (7 years 6 months)
Concept + Execute was born in 2004 and merged into Studio-Baker as of January 2008. Studio-Baker specializes in strategic design, marketing, branding color strategies and removing blocks from businesses. We are devoted to creating vision-based business through transformative design and creative evolution. Our method is one that focuses on a promoting uniqueness while being rooted deep within integrity.
We apply our human-centered design approach to creating your vision-based business. A vision based business starts with becoming clear about your uniqueness and strong within your integrity. It’s a simple idea that produces widely varied and multifaceted results. Often, it means beginning by envisioning new, appropriate solutions for vacant opportunities, and then building capabilities and designing possibilities to bring those envisioned solutions to life.
We know that generating connection is your key to creating a sustainable business. These are some core attributes needed in building longevity and enacting your vision. This core inspires confidence, trust, and loyalty and is your abiding strategy for success. This is your foundation from which all decisions are made. The key is to produce and make things tangible—to strategically design brands, marketing materials, processes, strategies or programs that stimulate, inspire and effect behavioral and cultural changes that bring about connection and inspire us to live, laugh and enjoy life.

07 Blogs To Stir Up Those Creative Juices
- EJunkie.Info | Small Business
- March 14, 2011
Authors: Stephey BakerAccording to Graham Wallas, creativity consists of 5 stages: Preperation, Incubation (in the unconscious mind), Intimation (that creative feeling), Illumination (in the conscious mind) and finally Verification (elaboration and application). There are many who have come up with the most insane creative ideas, but aren't even aware of the whole process involved in it, while on the other hand...there are many who are aware what it takes to be creative but can't get those creative juices flowing. It's a very tricky business.
Not that these blogs guarantee to to stir up your creative juices, but they do highlight some interesting points on how you can channel your mind to experience that 'aha' moment and also present other creative ideas that are inspiring and can perhaps trigger a tiny spark in your brain. -

Are you an artist?
- Handmadeology
- April 4, 2011
Authors: Stephey BakerArtist here is being defined archetypally, as either a fine art Artist, who creates pieces of visual works such as paintings, sculptures, photographs, and jewelry designs. Or perhaps you’re the literary Artist who, creates because of harnessing inspirational messages by capturing words on paper, through pen and ink, don’t forget digital ink (hello computers, hello bloggers). Or are you an Artist who practices the healing arts such as Reiki, angel work, integrated energy therapy™ or self development such as a coach or counselor? Are you a performing Artist that creates through song, dance or acting? Or are you an illuminated artist creating your masterpiece called life?
Each Artist, however their chosen medium takes shape, embodies the passion to express a dimension of life that is just beyond the five senses. -
