Mr. Stephan Sliwensky, born on the 17.11.1980 in Munich, was employed between the time of 01.05.2006 and the 31.08.2006 as a graduand in the department of management / marketing of the Clinc Höhenried gGmbH.
Within the scope of his diploma thesis, with title “New approaches for the clinic marketing – on example of the Clinic Höhenried”, Mr. Sliwensky constructed an empirical analysis.
He developed questionnaires which collected data about the experiences of the patients during their stay at the “Clinic Höhenried” and presented also information about the needs and requirements of the resident doctors and social services of the acute clinics.
Mr. Sliwensky realised his evaluation and insights in a communication concept for the “Clinic Höhenried”. He integrated an earlier literature analysis about the changes of the relevant market and the changes of the legal framework in his diploma thesis. This has been a good base for the formulation of a clinic-specific marketing strategy.
