Research Consultant (Volunteer) at Western Canada Wilderness Committee
Vancouver, Canada Area
I have over 10 years experience in both academic and professional research practice. In general, my focus has been on archaeological, social, historical, and legal research with specializations in Indian Residential Schools in the province of Alberta, Aboriginal Treaty Rights in British Columbia, and Northwest Coast archaeology and ethnography. I am an experienced consultant having provided advice to government agencies and a variety of private companies. I have demonstrated excellent self-management, personal motivation and detail oriented attention to tasks. Additionally, I am capable of both managing and being part of a network team of coworkers.
My personal values include community development and improving the environment. I volunteer my services to the Western Canada Wilderness Committee as a research consultant focused on issues of wildlife conservation and developmental impacts on the environment.
