Stephanie Eskins Gleason, SPHR’s Summary

For almost twenty years, I've been working with clients to create training and organizational development strategies that strengthen their core competencies and build new competencies to support their business vision. Then we work together to implement their strategy so they reap a high return on investment.

If you don't know how to create a training or OD strategy to support your company's success, I can help you create it and implement it.

My specialties are rapid eLearning, leadership development, educational outreach, and business communications. I love to teach - in the classroom and online - and am certified to teach many different programs.

My last two projects were managing an educational portal strategy with the Smithsonian and designing a management development certification program with a large energy association. My projects tend to involve one or more of the following activities:

1. Synthesizing information about organizational goals and priorities, recommending appropriate strategies for meeting goals, and managing the development of effective solutions that impact the bottom line.

2. Creating award-winning training programs that help organizations plan and prepare for growth, change, and strategic initiatives.

3. Developing performance management solutions and competency paths for key positions, so that employee development is ongoing and the next generation of leaders is available to meet future business demands.

4. Designing and developing rapid eLearning based on proven instructional design. It costs a fraction of what non-custom, off-the-shelf courses cost.

My management abilities include managing multiple projects simultaneously, measuring return on investment, and developing cross-departmental project teams. Program and project management is easy for me, but what excites me is the challenge of creating engaging and effective education strategies that drive and sustain business results.
