Stephanie Hicks’s Summary

I have extensive experience in land use permitting, litigation and real estate negotiations since 1994. Early in my practice, I focused on major environmental clean-up litigation. Over time, I shifted to a land use permitting practice, which of course, includes issues related to environmental impacts. Real estate also comes into play, as subdivisions must be properly governed by CCRs and bylaws. When issues arise related to those governing documents, I work with clients with respect to interpretation, negotation/mediation, and ultimately, litigation if necessary.
