I was the Chief Web Architect of PCI Geomatics Inc. and in charge of developing OGC compliant Web-based products and the metadata tracking framework for PCI’s GeoCapacity Centre Initiative. During this time, I represented his company at Open Geospatial Consortium and ISO TC 211 Canada team . I authored and implemented numerous OGC specifications such as:

* Web Coordinate Transformation Service (WCTS)
* Web Processing Service (WPS)
* Web Coverage Service (WCS)
* Web Terrain Service (WTS)
* SensorML
* Image Archive
* Image Catalog
* Web Annotation Service
During this period, I participated in a number of OGC interoperability test-beds including OGC Web Service Initiative (OWS) phase 1.1, 1.2 and 2, Critical Infrastructure Protection Initiative (CIPI) 1.1 and 1.2. I showcased some complex service chaining, including UAV video imagery acquisition planning, archiving, cataloging and ortho-rectification on demand using OGC Web Services standards.
