I am a musician/restaurateur who has been fortunate enough to run and manage several well known and successful restaurants. I love to provide guests with a level of service and quality that surpasses expectation. My passion for fine food and wine takes flight in my daily work. My dream is to develop a thriving and award winning vinyard here in the US. Some of my accomplished goals in life include playing at the House of Blues and Metro with my band Brando’s Charm, and opening and operating one of the best steakhouses in America. I attended Fremd High School and received my B.S in Philosophy and a minor in Internaltional Business from Loyola University – Chicago.
