I am long distance special advisor on coaching for my Canadian cycling club in Vancouver. It is a club with 45+ members with racers in Cat 2, Cat 3, Cat 4 and a few in Cat 5. The position involves advice and help with planning of overall training schedules and individual adjustments hereof, motivating and coaching on targets and plans for the season for top rides and advice on training and diets.
Furthermore I assist the club with planning and preparing sponsorship deals with companies in the Vancouver-area.
