Stefan Szakal’s Summary

I started working as a freelancer in 2001 and quickly realized that I will never be able to truly offer relevant solutions (not just services) to my clients if I am to do everything alone. So in 2002 X3 Studios was born in the form of a "budget-conscious" web design studio.

5 years later, X3 has 15 employees and is continuously expanding its expertise, knowledge and portfolio. We've worked on lots of great projects so far and the best is still yet to come.

My job is actually a lot of fun thanks to the great people we have at X3. As a creative director I am in charge of handling project & client meetings, project development planning, discuss general art direction requirements, and from time to time I get to design a bit ;).

As a managing partner I oversee the activities of all of our departments (design, development, client service, business development), and figure out where we're heading (which means short-term, mid-term strategies, investment schedules, expansion requirement analysis and so on...).
