Prior to join Fast - A Microsoft Subsidiary, Stefano has spent the 5 years and half in Exalead as Director of International Operations, where, since the start up of Exalead, he played a key role in the expansion of Exalead outside the French Market, developing new markets in Europe and US, establishing new key Partnerships for Exalead, gaining new customers and creating a team of professionals on international basis.

With over 22 years experience in the Information Technology market having spent the last 10 Years in the Enterprise Search Markets., Stefano has covered roles and responsibilities in various French and American multinationals, directly managing Start-up operations in Italy and abroad.

Before joining Exalead, Stefano Aldrovandi was South Europe Director of AltaVista Software, the division of AltaVista dedicated to the enterprise search market.

Before AltaVista he worked for Hyperion Software (now Oracle), and Cincom Systems where he was responsible for the Start-up of the Italian operations, and as Regional Manager of EMEA, developed the Eastern European, and South European markets.

Stefano Aldrovandi started his career at Concept, a leading French multinational software company in the banking industry. Following this experience, he worked for GSI (now ADP), introducing one of the best Payroll Software Packages for Insurance & Banks in the Italian market.
