Stefanie Rennert's Summary

[IT'S TIME FOR A CHANGE!]
I’ve joined Beautycounter as an independent consultant! I’ll be sharing an awesome line of safe personal care products that I am using and loving daily! Check out my consultant page http://rennert.beautycounter.com and definitely get in touch if you’re interested in learning more!

[TRUTH]
The United States hasn't passed a federal law to regulate ingredients used in personal care products since 1938?! The European Union has spent the past two decades banning or restricting more than 1,300 ingredients, the US has only banned 11 to date.

WE DESERVE BETTER, AND I’M NOW HELPING TO DO SOMETHING ABOUT IT!

Beautycounter has banned more than 1,500 ingredients setting a new health and safety standard— all while ensuring that Beauty Counter products perform, and that they're as indulgent as any luxe shampoo, lipstick or oil in the market.

[MY WHY]
Beautycounter is a brand that is about progress— not perfection, which falls right in line with my personal values!

Stefanie Rennert's Experience

Independent Consultant

Beautycounter

Privately Held; 11-50 employees; Cosmetics industry

April 2014Present (6 months) Greater New York City Area

I chose to join the Beautycounter team because I am very much in alignment with the company’s mission, brand and values. (Truth ~Transparency ~ Beauty)

At Beautycounter, the social mission is inseparable from the brand: We educate families about the need for safer chemicals and products, and work to bring about much needed change to the beauty industry—and to our lives.

At Beautycounter, every day is an opportunity to:
Educate families about toxic chemicals
Create safe and effective products
Provide an economic opportunity through social selling

Beautycounter’s screening process is unlike any other in the beauty industry— we evaluate every ingredient that goes into our products, asking ourselves:

Is it safe?
Do we need it?
Does it work?

Beautycounter will never exploit industry loopholes that allow companies to keep secrets. We tell you everything.

Beautycounter believes in environmental health education and advocating for better consumer choices. To that end, Beautycounter works with these trusted nonprofit organizations:

The Environmental Working Group (EWG)
The Campaign for Safe Cosmetics
Healthy Child Healthy World

Sustainability, animal welfare and corporate social responsibility are important to Beautycounter. Please visit our Better Business page to learn more about our current commitments and long-term plans for engaging the beauty industry and running our business responsibly.

---------------
Beautycounter is more than a line of great personal care products. It is a movement. Empowering women, challenging the current beauty industry and improving the way we look and feel.

Beautycounter's mission is to help move government regulations in the right direction by providing the highest quality, healthy, non-toxic products in the marketplace. Within this platform there is an opportunity for entrepreneurs to create a successful business, and residual income by sharing these products with everyone.

Smart Choices, Great products, Endless Possibilities!
