Compass Personal Assistants

After eight years of purchasing, marketing and distribution of commodity board-level electronic components, including semiconductors, passives and interconnect products, I opened Compass PA to respond to the miscellany of my international network clients' needs.
The company was conceived in 2005 and has consulted independent and franchised electronics distributors (among other individuals and industries) regarding sales and selling strategies in my local New England area as well as Scandinavian and Eastern European markets. My expertise is founded on detailed market research, interpreting industry trends and early and swift action on found opportunities.
Prior to that, I learned the ropes in operations management for seven years. From hiring and training employees to creating and implementing sales and marketing plans, I am attuned to profit and loss (P&L) priorities. The majority of my compensation has been self-driven and performance-based, making me intuitive and energetic in discovering and developing new business.
Ultimately my approach is consultative to creatively solve problems for client companies and individuals.
