Stacy Lukasavitz is an accidental entrepreneur. Unable to find full-time employment after graduating from college, she decided to go into business for herself after recognizing that people were coming to her with questions regarding social media, writing, and PR.
As principal of TDR Communications, LLC, she works alongside small businesses, nonprofits, and civic organizations giving seminars and consultation on social media education, strategy, and implementation. She is passionate about the importance of chambers of commerce in their respective communities, and aspires to bridge the gap between new media and older adults by educating them on the benefits and best practices of social media engagement.
She is a 2007 alumna of University of Michigan - Flint, holding a B.A. in both Organizational & Interpersonal Communication with a psychology cognate. A natural born teacher, she holds the honor of being a Disney Guest Service Trainer, a distinction earned while on an internship at Walt Disney World.
With a strong dedication to community leadership, Stacy currently serves as District Vice Chair of Marketing/PR for the New Horizons District of the Boy Scouts of America - Tall Pine Council. Her writing has been featured on SocialMediaToday.com, FentonSays.com, and on multi-colored sticky notes everywhere. You can read her regularly at http://www.thatdamnredhead.net.
