I have been a part of the restaurant industry since the age of 14 when I began working at McDonald's. From there, I was in restaurants, hotels and anything hospitality related.

I later branched out of the hospitality industry for a few years and wrote computer based training programs. But the industry drew me back in less than three years and I have remained it in ever since.

Writing is another passion of mine. I wrote my first book at the age of 8 and although it is unpublished, my mother will forever cherish it.

No matter what position I have held, writing and communications have always been part of it. I have created, written and published hundreds of newsletter and press releases. I have designed websites and written pages and pages of copy.
