I started working in the world of recruiting back when I was studying music in college. It has been a wonderful ride getting to learn about recruiting from the ground up, and having had the opportunity to work with both small privately owned companies and public corporations. I have had the great fortune of experiencing working for three Fortune 500 companies, two of which began in the wonderful state of Minnesota.

I love learning about people and matching them with the right position! Currently with Accenture, I work on-site with our Best Buy client and interview candidates daily for positions ranging from entry-level call center positions to sales managers to designers to field management and beyond. I love being able to take a personal approach with my interviews and getting to look at a candidate's communication style and soft skills, rather than only their experience and qualifications.
