My personal mantra is "Constant Improvement." I started out in tech, but in the log run, I'm a process improvement specialist. My specialty is in analyzing large, complex situations, software systems, projects, and processes, figuring out how much time and energy these things are really comsuming, breaking everything down into a simple, related set of problems to solve, and solving them in a way that won't turn the company upside down overnight.
On the side, I am devoting more and more time to teaching these methods to others- through mentorship, writing, and soon-to-be blogging, speaking, and perhaps podcasting or videocasting.
