Someone who aspired to become a space physicist in his childhood. Someone who got appointment as bank officer in his final year in college. Someone who started blogging to kill time till employment. Someone who got mails and calls from the CEO of an American e-learning company, after the latter went through his blog posts. Someone who attended tests and interviews regarding an unknown working sphere. Finally, someone who preferred software to banking after a deep thought.
That marked the beginning of my career, in 2005. It was a great experience learning new things everyday, at Vitalect, that e-learning company. After a year of working with Vitalect, I moved to one of the best transaction billing companies in the world, SunTec Business Solutions at its development centre in Technopark, Trivandrum, where I am now. I started writing different chunks of various product manuals, then moved to writing modules, then to individual products, and then to application manuals.
Writing is my passion, no matter whether it is technical or creative. Ah, yes! I have also published some of my articles in print and online media.
Apart from writing, I devote time for reading Indian history, especially the life and times of revolutionary Indian freedom fighters. The one I admire the most is Netaji Subhas Chandra Bose, the most organised of all leaders. I am also the founder member of Mission Netaji (www.MissionNetaji.org), a Delhi based national non-profit trust conducting research on Bose. In fact, I am so happy to tell you that I coined the name 'Mission Netaji' for the organisation. :)

SunTec is a leading provider of pricing and billing solutions for BFSI, CME, and Utilities domains. At SunTec, I am responsible for the creation of various kinds of technical documents such as user manuals, administration guides, functionality description deliverables, product description documents, and application manuals. I consider it as a good learning curve in my career, working in such a domain that is complex, demanding, and critical.

I was introduced to the CEO of Vitalect by my own blog. I consider it with great pride that my blog was subservient in my employment. I worked at Vitalect India office in Trivandrum for a year, before moving to SunTec. At Vitalect, I was responsible for the design and development of training and instructive courses, based on a variety of topics. Apart from building courses, I also dealt with Technical and Business Writing there. Technical Support was another area I found interesting at Vitalect. I was also part of the Product Usability Tests conducted at Vitalect sporadically. It is not fair to leave a comment without mentioning anything about the team there. Though only for a year, it was full of fun working at Vitalect. Parties and treats almost on all days and a brilliant gang of friends (rather than colleagues) to work with. I never felt like going to office during my tenure there. It was something else, very jocund and pleasing.
