Founded entertainment software startup, managed off shore, off site and on site consultants/staff as well as budgetary management, purchasing decisions, project planning and software architecture (Immersive Realms, HeadlineGames.com – present).
Organized Chicago Game Developer Gathering (http://www.cgdg.org) with close to 100 attendees.
Contributed to Open Source community via Source Forge (http://sourceforge.net/projects/fck-faces/).
Implemented Change management and automated build/deploy process in a large enterprise environment (University of Chicago - 2008).
Integral part in architecture and change management process for an international not for profit organization (IES Abroad 2006-2007).
Mentored existing technology staff on .Net platform, unified process (RUP), agile (XP) methodologies and OO design pattern practices (Credit Suisse First Boston – 2004).
Started career as a web developer then moved into a back office software engineering role to be followed up with an employee position as a technology consultant to finally becoming an independent entrepreneur.
