I have been living online since before there was a web. I started out in 1984 wardialing for BBS sites and moved to Silicon Valley in 1997. During my employment, I learned about the tech industry, recruiting, and M&A. I managed several remote sales groups and did Q&A on product development. I had a talent for being a corporate axe and shut down 4 offices of the company during the .COMpromise. I consolidated business opportunities back to the corporate fold. When the axe fell on me, I moved to the Exurbian Upper Valley, located near Dartmouth College. I focused on home and personal training, eventually returning to the industry with AIRS as a regional Sales Director. I sold recruitment training and tools. I eventually moved from Sales to specialty services, part of the Technology & Development group at The RightThing Inc.
I act as a primary support engineer for premier clients of our sourcing technology platform. I am directly responsible for 150+ users. I report and analyze their activity in the system to senior leadership. I also monitor our sourcing platform performance and act as a primary technical support for company employees using the software platform. I manage several back end systems, observe trends, and make the system run better. For 2.5 years I also managed our most prominent outsourced services consisting of a peak of 29 contractors working 6 days a week over two 9 hour shifts.
