I have had four true passions throughout my life: Sports (football, basketball, baseball, golf or any other athletic competition); technological trends and innovations; travel and cultural exposure; and, finally, culinary arts. These seemingly unrelated interests have provided me with my central approach to nearly every aspect of my life: In order to best impact and innovate the world around oneself, one must approach each endeavor with ardor and relentless fortitude; maintaining a keen eye for any way to improve upon conventions, all with the perpetual resolve to reach beyond the limits of comfort. I believe the above to be enabled by collaboration: Properly guiding, inspiring, learning from, and connecting with others, is what excels one to true success.

As an Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) Account Manager, I seek to establish a collaborative relationship with my clients, in which, I can understand and identify their organization’s business processes, pains and goals. I can then, communicate this information to my internal team. Finally, by leading the team in determining the optimal ERP solution that most adequately fits the client’s specific business, addressing their areas of concern and enabling clients to accomplish their business objectives.

My inclination to connect companies to such industry leading software is fueled by my passion for, and understanding of the technology industry. Particularly, it is the anticipation of product or service gaps, the implementation of disruptive technologies and the understanding of how these technologies can revolutionize conventional ideas. This all leads to a shift in the conceptual understanding, ability and market presence of a given business, its partners, its industry and its environment. Furthermore, I’m inspired by the ways in which, these disruptive technologies allow for a brand to more interactively engage with its customers’ lives and enhance their experiences with the brand.
