SpencerConnect has represented public and private corporations, private equity, investment banking, venture capital, banking and corporate finance firms; law firms, technology companies, health care, international trade, entertainment and petroleum products.
In 1996 Spencer began his involvement in social media monitoring chat rooms for clients. He was an early adopter of LinkedIn (February 2004), and active with Twitter, Google+, Facebook, YouTube, Blog Talk Radio, Foursquare, Pinterest, Facebook, Blog Talk Radio, WordPress and Plaxo. He uses Google Alerts and Tweet Deck to track client news for reputation management. He currently manages or has created over 16 LinkedIn personal and company profiles.
In addition, he has over a decade of experience in the financial services industry as a retail and institutional broker, and product manager, including involvement in internal syndication of IPOs. Registered principal with NML/RW Baird for the Los Angeles area OSJ. Worked for Morgan Financial, a private equity firm.

Member of the media and marketing team for Brent Coon & Associates, Inc. BCA brought a number of successful legal actions against BP.

Managed the media in five clients' crisis situations. Organized three successful client road shows, and assisted with the formation of an IPO syndicate.
