Erica Walch’s Summary

I work with non-native English speakers and teach them how to change the way they speak to be better understood. Accent modification does not "eliminate" anyone's accent. Rather, I help my clients change their speaking voice (accent, intonation, and complete word production) so that other people can better understand them.

In April 2008, Speak Easy became approved as a provider for the WTF Express Program. Massachusetts companies with 50 or fewer employees can get up to half the cost of the training paid for by a grant from the state. Speak Easy is the only accent training provider in MA that is approved for this.

Erica Walch’s Specialties:

M.Ed in English as a Second Language Instruction, as well as ten years experience teaching ESL at college and four years teaching Italian at college. Certification in Compton P-ESL Accent Modification Training.
