I enjoy real estate and have also done work in new home sales, lending and more recently land development and land sales and property mangaement. This current real estate market is exciting to me because prices are low enough for first time buyers again. Also there is an opportunity for investors to purchase homes and wait only a few years to make a very large profit all while having the payment paid for by renting it out.
