Cynamin Jones began her foray in the fashion industry in 1995, as the publicist for a New York based clothing boutique called Wu Wear. Wu Wear was the clothing division of the infamous multi-platinum rap group WUTANG CLAN. A year later, Cynamin was offered an opportunity to take on the New York office to run the publicity marketing and advertising departments, which she accepted and immediately made the jump from Sales Rep to VP of Publicity.

With strong corporate and media contacts in the music and fashion industries, Cynamin began consulting in marketing and publicity in addition to specializing in celebrity affiliations. This lead to developing her own boutique PR firm Soul Pitch Media.
