I am an experienced feature writer working for the national daily newspaper Delo. I mostly write analytical articles about inequality and violence in society and feature stories for Delo's Saturday Supplement. My book Literary Journalism in the USA and Slovenia has been published by University Press of America; and my novel Dekle kot Tisa has been published by Založba Miš. In 2008, I was nominated for the Slovene Woman of the Year Award; I was also the Slovene nominee for the 'For Diversity. Against Discrimination.' Journalist Award.; in 2007, I was the Slovene nominee for the European Year of Equal Opportunities for All Special Award.
