Music Curator extraordinaire for advertising, media projects and corporate communication
Paris Area, France
Music Advisor & Sound Consultant, founder and driving force behind Sonic-Nurse.com. Solid knowledge of all genres of music, implementing key audio where appropriate. Keen eye for visuals.
Fluent in French and English, I am an experienced media person. Beginning with my tenure at Hachette Filipacchi Medias in Paris, I have experienced the communications industry from many angles, being on the staff of a variety of their publications.
In my freelance work, I understand the importance of out-of-the-box thinking, while still maintaining budgets and deadlines, and holding focus on the target demographic.
Boosting advertising, special events and media projects — Channeling meaning and emotion through sound — Sound consulting — Sonic branding
(Privately Held; Marketing and Advertising industry)
January 2004 — Present (6 years )
Sound consulting for advertising, media projects and corporate communication. Sonic branding. Special events. Movie and documentary soundtrack.
Three main fields of action:
— ADVERTISING : finding the music ID for your campaign or TV commercial. MERCEDES, NISSAN, PUBLICIS and CLM-BBDO have used my skills.
— SPECIAL EVENTS : creating made-to-measure scores that define the theme of your event. Whether as a DJ mixing live on location or ahead of time in the studio, I design to-the-point soundscapes that shape up a given ambiance. Launching a product? Opening a new place? I will weave the tunes that match the prevailing theme, be it an opening, exhibition, fashion show, cocktail party, trade show, general assembly or movie premiere.
— SOUNDTRACKS : designing specific compilation CD’s for media and corporate projects, movie soundtracks for short films and feature films, documentaries and presentations.

Fluent in French and English, I am an experienced media person, journalist and translator. Beginning with my tenure at Hachette Filipacchi Medias in Paris, I have experienced the communications industry from many angles, being on the staff of a variety of their publications, including Photo and Paris-Match. From a reporter specializing in rock star interviews, I rose through the ranks to become first photo editor, then editor in chief, and ultimately publisher. I oversaw all office staff, budgeting, and publishing tasks, as well as invented cost-efficient quality media content. As a journalist, I have conducted and translated over 800 interviews throughout Europe and America, for numerous international publications.
