I currently direct the Global Enterprise Solutions Practice for Avenue A | Razorfish. The practice is dedicated to delivering best in class B2B and B2E solutions.
This includes a broad array of solution types:

> digital asset / media / marketing management solutions

As practice lead, I serve as strategic thought leader, help establish solution offerings, and support key client accounts. Current and former clients include Cisco, Citigroup, Ford Motor Company, Microsoft, Nike, Starwood, and others.
I have been a consultant in new media and technology since 1992 and have published and spoken extensively in the U.S. and internally.
I relish helping clients find innovation and long-lasting solutions to complex business problems.
Consulting and research areas include business / innovation strategies, emerging technology including mobile and surface computing, semantic web, social media.
Other areas of expertise include digital strategic planning and governance design; complex interaction design; enterprise information architecture; taxonomies incl. social tagging.
