The majority of my experience is online. I have been building and maintaining online businesses for 3 years. This experience has really increased my design skills.
I love to learn and am happy doing anything that broadens my thinking. I have many career goals including becoming an effective leader, finding innovative ways to improve the companies I work for, geting my MBA from an Ivy League school, starting a successful company, and leaving this world much better than I found it. Vague goals I know, but this is a summary right?

I am pleasantly surprised about how many interesting things I am learning at Payless. Right now I am working on mastering Excel and hope to start mastering VBA shortly. I use these skills to analyze my business (which is children's athletics) and provide meaning full information to the planners and manager on my team to help them make more informed decisions. In my opinion, this job is giving me a foundation of knowledge about the retail industry. I am also gaining priceless experience working as a team.

Olifont is still just an idea for the worlds first interactive journal; however, in the process of refining this business I gained experience in leading a team of 10+ people in writing and refining a business plan. This included market research (focus grouping, surveying, and 3rd party studies), marketing plans, financial projections, team creation, and business model creation.
If anyone has any interest in making this idea become a reality, I have an investment proposal presentation and a complete business that I would love to share with you.

Donated two years of my time to serve the people of Russia. During this time I learned to speak the Russian language fluently, became familiar with Russian culture, and grew to love the Russian people.
In addition to helping many Russians, this volunteer experience helped to change me.
